It's my mission to support you either in-person (locally) or online, helping you navigate the journey from feeling "stuck" to feeling empowered, authentic and congruent.
I provide a space where you are finally seen, heard, and understood.

I provide support rooted in empathy and compassion. I combine the depth of Psychotherapeutic approaches with Hypnotherapy, NLP, and Thought Field Therapy. When life feels heavy, these practices offer the perfect way to help you understand yourself better, shift long-standing patterns and create meaningful change. My aim is always to create a safe environment where you can process challenges at your own pace enabling you to discharge the negative emotions that have kept you feeling stuck.
I'm a lifelong learner, dedicated to the evolution of mental and emotional well-being. My recent CPD has included: Attachment Theory, Transgenerational Trauma, The Neuroscience of Autism and Trauma-Informed Coaching. This ensures that our work together is grounded in the most current understanding of mental and emotional health.
